How old do you need to be to ride an ebike?
Riders must be 16 years or older.
Are you open year-round?
App activated ebikes are available from May through October.
What days are you open?
App activated ebikes are available every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
We also rent ebikes from our shop at 86 Main Street in Burlington where you can get instruction on riding and ebike and a helmet. Our shop is open daily from late May through September from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. or by advance reservation April – May and September – November.
I’ve located an ebike but it is offline, why?
The ebike may be offline due to a low battery or a need for repairs.
Can I rent more than one ebike through my app?
Yes.
Can my child go on an ebike with me?
No. Only one rider is allowed per ebike and all users must be at least 16 years old.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
No. But helmets are recommended.
Where do I leave or return my ebike?
To any designated rack identified on the App Map.
I can’t end my ride (trip). What do I do?
Issues ending your ride are typically related to poor network or data connections.
-
Turn off Wi-Fi and use data only or connect to a strong Wi-Fi network.
-
Occasionally, an ebike may itself disconnect from the network. Give it a minute to reconnect and try again.
-
If your trip will still not end, please call us at (802) 489-5113
Why haven't I seen the pre-authorization charge refunded?
At the start of your ride you may see a $60 transaction on your card. This amount will be temporarily held (pending) until your ride is completed and the final charges are applied. Ay excess will then be released.
I’ve run out of battery, what do I do?
You will need to pedal back to a designated rack to end your ride and deactivate the ebike.
I think I’ve been overcharged for my rental. What should I do?
